Welcome to Middle School PE and Health!

Middle School students participate in PE three times per week. Students are also provided with a health class rotation offered once per trimester. 

Curriculum and Goals

Our goal for the students is to have fun, work hard, and learn athletic skills. Some of common themes of PE include:

  • Chasing, Fleeing and Dodging
  • Dribbling
  • Fitness
  • Jumping and Landing
  • Kicking and Punting
  • Rhythms and Dance
  • Striking and Catching
  • Throwing and Catching
  • Volleying
  • Fencing
  • Dance



  • Prayer at the end of each class
  • We talk about doing the right thing and being appropriate in our actions, words and how we treat other

Students use their Chromebooks for current events in Health Rotation. Students also compose essays related to health topics and turn them in digitally. Homework is posted nightly to a shared Google Calendar.
